By using PolyTrack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use PolyTrack.

Data Sources

Most data available through PolyTrack comes directly from Polytoria. Your use of that data is also subject to Polytoria's terms of service and any other rules or policies that Polytoria applies to its platform.

Personal, Non-Commercial Use

PolyTrack and the data available through it may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Using PolyTrack data for commercial intent, whether directly or indirectly, is prohibited.

Internal APIs

PolyTrack's APIs are internal unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using those APIs outside of PolyTrack requires prior approval.

No Unauthorized Databases

You may not scrape, copy, collect, mirror, archive, aggregate, or otherwise use PolyTrack data to build or maintain your own database, index, API, dataset, analytics service, or similar system without prior approval.

For each automated or systematically issued request made in violation of this section for the purpose of extracting, reproducing, aggregating, or reconstructing PolyTrack data, you agree to pay PolyTrack $0.04 per request as liquidated damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The parties acknowledge that the harm resulting from large-scale unauthorized extraction may be difficult to calculate precisely and that this amount is intended as a reasonable estimate of such harm and not as a penalty.

Approval and Enforcement

PolyTrack may limit, block, suspend, or terminate access for activity that violates these terms. If you want to use PolyTrack data or APIs in a way not allowed here, ask for approval before doing so.

Acceptance and Access Records

When you accept, PolyTrack stores a first-party cookie for up to 180 days to remember your acceptance. The server records the terms you accepted, the acceptance time, your account if signed in, your browser information, and a pseudonymous network identifier.

To protect the service, detect unauthorized extraction, and investigate possible breaches of these terms, PolyTrack associates application requests with that acceptance record. Records include the requested endpoint and path, time, method, response status, and response size when available. Request query strings, bodies, and payment access tokens are not included in this access log. Access records are retained for up to 90 days; acceptance records are retained until 90 days after their expiry. Contact [email protected] with questions about these records.

Accuracy of Data

PolyTrack data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PolyTrack do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data. Regional pricing information may not reflect the current state on Polytoria.

Ask PolyTrack

Ask PolyTrack is a AI-based tool for analyzing PolyTrack data. Availability and limits are up to PolyTrack's discretion. Ask PolyTrack may be disabled or limited at any time, and its responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unreliable. Ask PolyTrack is not a substitute for your own research or judgment. Use it at your own risk. Your inputs may be retained for up to 60 days.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. You will be asked to accept the current version before continuing to access protected PolyTrack data.
